At Phinewaters Montessori School, regular Training and Evaluating of Teaching staff is one of our ways of ensuring the Pupils enjoy engaging and exciting learning and development while aligning with the school mission and overall vision – Head teacher (Mrs Charity Onumara)

Safeguarding and welfare of Pupils Policies

  • Anti-bullying policy: The school has zero tolerance to every form of bullying especially amongst pupils.
  • Mobile Phone and Acceptable Use Policy: The use of mobile phones is prohibited during classes. Mobile phones can only be used during break time and closing time
  • Uncollected Child Policy: Parents/Guardians of Pupils not picked an hour after closing time may pay a fine.

School Premises Policies

  • CCTV Policy: All activities within the school premises are monitored via a closed-circuit television.

Statutory School Policies

  • Pupil Behaviour and Discipline Policy: The School instil discipline and moral value into the daily interaction and activities of the Pupils.
  • Co-Curriculum Policy: The Pupils are engaged in a variety of activities like football club, chess club, ballet dance etc
  • Continuing Professional Development Policy: Phinewaters Montessori school has a culture of regular staff training and development.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation of staff Policy: Staff performance and monitored and appraised on a quarterly basis while recognition are given to excelling staff.
